Checkup

Hey, this is just kind of a hello...I absolutely LOVE blogging, putting up pictures, but most especially hearing from YOU in all your comments, questions, and poll votes! I also really enjoy changing up the background of my blog every once in a while..so far I like the newest one the best :P Well, just to catch you up on some stuff, The music is playing at the bottom of the page, and if you want to change the song, it'll be down there. Runaway!!!!

When John Mark ( 5) kind of wandered off at the beach the other day, I thought of this story...really cute...

About a year ago my mom was driving home from something with Arianna, Mary Catherine, and John Mark. Arianna was teasing Mary Catherine with this dime she had, saying stuff like " I have a dime, and you dont, I have more money than you, ha ha ha ha ha". Mary Catherine was upset at that , so she yanked the dime out of Arianna's hands and threw it out the car window on a road very near our house. And Arianna being Arianna, she burst into hysterical tears, and cried for the 30 more seconds it took to get home. Now, Arianna eventually was ok, but in the midst of all this, John Mark felt really bad for Arianna. He decided to do something I will explain a little later. When my mom got home the kids all ran out of the car and ventured to different places in the house, either playing on the computer, or a make pretend game with their fellow siblings. Now, all the siblings were there except for John Mark. My mom slowly realized this and just assumed he was upstairs glued to the television watching one of his favorite cartoons, so she went on with what she was doing. John Mark, in fact, was NOT upstairs, or actually anywhere in the house, but somewhere else. No more than about 5 minutes later did the door open then slam shut just as fast with John Mark standing in front of it, gasping for breath. Now my mom had a million thoughts racing through her head and asked John Mark where he had been. John Mark said " Well I felt really bad that Mary Catherine threw Arianna's dime out the car window so I went back to the road, and looked everywhere to find it, but then I heard a car coming down the road really fast so I ran home as fast as I could- I am really sorry Arianna I didn't find your dime. "  Now that is the kind of brother I would want to have when my sister throws MY dime out the window. Now, John Mark just happened to be standing next to me when I wrote this, so I took a  picture of him  :P

Seaside

Here are some more pictures we took at Seaside last night before we left...there was a really pretty sunset and we had a really fun at the beach as well as the ocean house, there were also plenty of seagulls :)

I am having a wonderful spring break in Seaside Oregon, the car ride was awful...but whatever. My family and I are having a great time here, we have watched ALL the Chronicles of Narnia movies in 3 days, haha, but they are really good movies, if you haven't seen them I encourage you to see them! The books are even better. We have gone to the ocean a couple of times, the house we are staying at is really cool, and right smack dab in front of the ocean, its walking distance away. We have also gone on some hikes at Canon beach, which were awesome. We have also gone shopping in the city, and we all got a coup of cool things. I am really sad though, that spring break is almost over, it has gone by in a blur. :( anyways, I have only gotten a couple of pictures , I hope to get more. But for now, here are a couple...

Weyerhaeuser trip...

Last week my family and I went to the Weyerhaeuser Rhododendron gardens, and we saw a few flowers, but some of them were ate in blooming. We also saw these really cool trees that looked like they were minimized. It was really awesome!! Then we just walked around and looked at all the different trees and plants, which was very enjoyable, since it was a sunny day :P We will probably go again when all the flowers are in bloom so there is more to look at. heres some pics!

Easter!!!

Happy Easter, all my fellow blog readers, I hope you are enjoying this WONDERFUL holiday that celebrates the rising of Jesus from the dead! I sure am. I got some really cute things in my Easter basket,and I am also going to Canon Beach and Seaside Oregon tomorrow morning until Friday. I am super excited, and will be putting up posts (hopefully) while im there. The time it will take to get from here to there is 3hrs 11 mins. ugh. I HATE long car rides. Put me and my sister Mary Catherine together and you got car-sick-puking buddies 4 life! hahah. Well, I hope to blog soon, and Happy Easter again, and thnx for checking out the blog!

Hooky Day

Last Friday I played hooky with my cousin, Clare Mckenna. We went to the Pacific Science Center, and watched a bug show at the IMAX, and we went to the bug exhibit, the dinosaurs exhibit, space section, the nutrition center, the Star Wars exhibit, and went on the ride " The Millennium Falcon" which was all very fun :) Then as a surprise for lunch we went to the Space Needle!!!!!!!! It was really fun, the elevator up and down was extremely fast, and we got to see all of downtown Seattle and more while eating lunch :) (for those who don't know, the Space Needle spins very slowly at about 360 degrees per hour while you are eating) Then we went home! I had a blast, and would love to do it with some of my other friends, but I don't think my teachers would like it. :) hahah here's some pictures...

swimming

Every year I do the Twin Lakes Swim Team, which is SO much fun! Right now, to warm up for this summer, I do VAST           ( Valley Aquatics Swim Team). I go on Thursdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 5:00 until 6:00. On Mondays and Thursdays at the Aquatic Center I swim in the  short course pool, ( 25 yds) and on Tuesdays I swim the in the long course pool ( 50 yds) . It is really fun, a great excersise, and an awesome warm up for Twin Lakes. :)

Secret Series

Right now I am in the midst of reading a really AWESOME book series called (as you know) The Secret Series. The author is an unknown man or woman, nobody knows, who uses the code word name of  "Pseudonymous Bosch". During the story he uses code names for the kids, the places, and a lot of other things, though you usually forget about it. The book names are (from beginning to last) #1 The Name of this Book is Secret . #2 If you are Reading this it's too Late. #3 This book is not Good for You. and #4 This is Not what it Looks like. I believe he is writing another one. As you can see, the books all have funny names and the books are just like their titles. There is a little bit of mystery, humor, and action all combined into one when you read it, and I totally recommend it to you. You can find them on the nook, kindle, and at pretty much any book store or someplace like Fred Myer or Target.

this is a story..

There once was a girl named Clasher Mckessen who was in love with a guy named FM but Robby was in love with FM too, and so was Millera. (as you can see above) Millera was really annoying but Clasher Mckessen and Robby were best friends. They worked together thick and thin and had so many fun times together. The only problem was that Clasher's socks were ALWAYS on too tight. They were so hard to get on and off but since FM loved it Clasher did it anyways. Then there was some other guys named Granny and Hammy. Hammy was dating Clasher and Granny was dating Robby. So then FM got mad and married Millera even though he didn't like her and he loved Clasher because Clasher cheated on him. Then Granny got mad that Robby secretly liked someone else even though he was dating her so he broke up with her. Then FM broke up with Millera and married Robby. Then Granny started dating Millera. And everyone lived happily ever after.

OMG the BIGGEST news EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was the MOST TERRIBLE thing that happened today, I'll tell it in a pictures story...

 It started out a normal day: The kids were playing with water and plants outside in the backyard,

 They were mixing flowers and leaves with dyed water and buckets,

 John Luke, John Mark, Annelise, Mary Catherine, and Arianna were all having a great time

 That's when I noticed something a little strange-look in the corner of this picture

 It was a POLICE CAR, and 6 others had come before this one at a house behind ours

 They were lined up in front of the house, and it was strange b/c/ I live in a very safe neighborhood

As you can see, they are in the driveway of the house, there are 4 here, and others elsewhere

Well, my dad finally went up to see what was going on, because everyone was freaking out. When I heard what had happened, I gasped, and i'm sure you could have heard it it was so loud.

I'm not going to tell you what happened, but if you guess it on your first guess,(not counting siblings) you will get a very large cash prize...Now, you are NOT alowed to ask me or my siblings or my parents, and if you do and get it right, then you will not get the credit. Be safe, and GOOD LUCK!

Birthday Party!

Last night I went to my friend's hose for an 11th b-day slumber party! It was really fun, here's the details...

So when I got there, I went upstairs and played Kinnect with a couple girls for a bit, which was fun. Then we went downstairs and had dinner-pizza and salad. Then  the birthday girl opened presents, I got her a sweater and a peace ring. Then we went back upstairs and did makeup, we were going to make a movie, but decided not too. One of the girls had clown makeup on, the other one did makeup for real, which was really cute. I did it really crazy, then washed it off. The birthday girl made herself look like a zombie, hahah. The other two girls didn't put makeup on, one of them video taped it, the other one didn't put anything on. Then we went downstairs and decorated cakes with fondant and frosting, which was a blast. Each girl got to take their cake home-thankfully they were small. :) Then we went back upstairs and some of the girls fixed their makeup. After that we had a model walk I judged with another girl. Then we had a mini American Idol, it was really fun. Then we decided to play truth or dare. The birthday girl and I did ALL the dares-1 person did 1 dare, 1 person did 2 dares, and 2 people didn' t do any. The first one was to put peanut butter under one arm, then  to put jelly under the other one. You had to hold it there for 5  minutes. That was my least favorite one. The next one was to put ice-cubes down your underwear and see who could get theirs to melt the fastest. The last dare was to spread peanut butter ALL OVER your face and hold for a while.  I think a couple of the girls with perfect complexions aren't going to be happy today, hahah. Then we stayed up talking until 4:00 in the morning. We slept in till 10:30..hahah At 11:00 we went home. All in all, it was a blast! I hope we can do something like it next year. 

Oh, and I was really stupid and forgot to bring my camera, but other girls did, so I'll have some pictures in about a week or so.

POTTY TRAINING!

Ok, sorry if I have you confused, because you are probably thinking " um okaaaaayyyyyy this is kind of weird, an eleven year old getting potty trained I would think that she had been potty  trained when she was younger but oh well she's a weirdo anyways so I think I should have been expecting this" ! But no, I am not getting potty trained, it is my younger sister Annelise! She is 2 and absolutely adorable! We started potty training her about a week ago and she has gotten a little better. She has a chart in the bathroom that has 10 spaces in it. When she successfully goes to the bathroom she gets to put a sticker in one. When it is full, she gets a chocolate milk at Starbucks. So, it is like a bribe but also a lesson-total GENIUS! hahahaha. Today, she ran downstairs out of breath and butt-naked. She said "mommy mommy mommy-playroom playroom playroom!" and my mom was like "what the.....? " And then the most terrible thing came to mind-Annelise had gone #2 on the playroom floor! So to see if her prediction was true, my mom asked Annelise " Did you go potty in the playroom ?" and Annelise said " Yup " So we all ran upstairs to meet our horror -hahahah- and then we saw that Annelise had brought her little-kid potty into the playroom and had sat down on it and gone to the bathroom! That little smarty-pants. Oh, Annelise. :) Wish her luck for the future!!!!

 I am very sick today, I have a extremely bad sore throat, absolutely terrible! My stomach also hurts, and I got a stuffy nose...signs of the flu :(

This morning it was raining,so i took this really awesome picture!  this is in my front yard...pretty cool -and if you dontbelieve me-prove it! its a contest, the first person to get the same picture gets a prize!

OMG BIG NEWS- IM MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, everyone! I JUST found out that my dad got a job in Massachusetts and in one month we will be moving there for a year! I'm really sad to be leaving all my friends and some of my family :( :( :( BUT  my dads side of the family lives there and i think it will be a GREAT experience for me :) :) :) Anyways, we are planning a going away party at the end of April, and we will  be sending invitations soon, and then about a week after that, we are off to Massachusetts! We are looking for a house in the Burlington area, and I fortunately will continue my blog put tons of pics up of the new house, school, and all that.
