Tonight I was at applebee's (tip-a-teacher) and you could pay $5 to get arested (by Mr. Rutt) and so my mom payed to have me arested but little did we know that I would be handcuffed to some 8th grade boy and have to walk around the whole resturaunt handcuffed to him. :( :( :(
